About the role
As a Senior IT ProjectManager - Manhattan WMOS & Logistics, you will make an impact by leading cross-functional logistics technology projects that enhance operational efficiency across Distribution Centers (DCs), Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns. This role will primarily focus on Logistics projects with established projectmanagement methodologies/tools to develop and execute Technology project plans in alignment with our company and Vendor's Software Development Lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
Apply industry-standard projectmanagement methodologies (Agile, SDLC) and tools (JIRA, Rally) to lead cross-functional logistics initiatives.
Drive execution of Warehouse Management (WMOS) and Supply Chain projects, including DC rollouts, Final Mile, Transportation, and Returns.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align on flight plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Facilitate requirement grooming and solution design for systems like Manhattan WMOS and IBM Sterling.
Manage MOD development and integration touchpoints across upstream (Sterling OMS/IMS, RMS) and downstream (ProShip, 3PL) systems.
Oversee development and QA of microservices, performance monitoring (AppDynamics), and reporting (Snowflake, Power BI).
Own project financials: budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and vendor accountability.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control and timely escalation.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000- 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The ProjectManager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects. The ProjectManager oversees the Project Architect to ultimately ensure the highest quality construction documents. The ProjectManager will oversee all phases of the project schedule, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is charged with ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget constraints in accordance PBK's quality and client service standards.
Your Impact:
Supervise and manageProject Architect and the project team to ensure high quality construction documents.
Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Organize and direct the architectural and/or engineering teams to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
Direct, organize and mentor junior staff with responsibility oversight of their assignments.
Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project. Keep client apprised of project progress on regular basis.
Provide technical advice to the project team.
Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and delegation of work.
Lead Construction administration jobsite meetings with contractors and owners.
Here's What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is required.
Architecture License preferred.
7+ years of professional experience preferred.
Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing to give assignments to office support staff, consultants, and vendors.
Willingness to make decisions; exhibit sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions; include appropriate people in decision-making process; make timely decisions.
Must demonstrate proficiency in using AutoCAD/Revit programs. Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites) a plus.
Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills required.
Knowledge of building codes required.
The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.

Responsibilities
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.
Assist in project planning, budgeting, scheduling and identification of resources needed. This includes project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking/managing costs and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.
Assist in preparing contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
Assist in developing specifications for construction, repair and modification projects for the purpose of providing them to architects, sub-contractors etc. for selection and awarding of contracts.
Assist in composing/editing Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotes. Prepare bid analyses and vendor recommendation for approval and contracting.
Preparing conceptual and detailed cost estimates from schematic or feasibility-level documentation.
Develop variance summaries between estimates and value engineering studies.
Participate and often lead the preparation and presentation of cost / budget information to project stakeholders.
Facilitate value engineering sessions with the project team, including external consultants/vendors
Reviewing construction contracts to identify key insurance and damages clauses.
Prepare meeting agendas, take/distribute meeting notes, participate/lead Pre-Construction and OAC meetings.
Review, approve/deny payment applications and invoices.
Prepare project scoping documents with input from project stakeholders.
Complete QA/QC reviews of technical documentation prepared by third parties.
Facilitate and/or attend job site meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in construction process, including architecture and civil project design.
General knowledge of Construction law, practices, and procedures.
Knowledge regarding materials and methods involved in the construction of buildings or other structures, including utilities and roads.
Knowledge of pertinent building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire, energy, accessibility and zoning codes and ordinances and the agencies that have jurisdiction.
Proficiency with reading project plans, specs, contracts, purchase orders, change orders, etc.
The preferred candidate would have a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of ProjectManagement experience.
Pay range: $29.00- $37.70 per hour
*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
