+ Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
+ Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including contracts, change management, reporting, and closeout materials.
+ Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
+ Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, mitigating risk and maintaining positive client relationships.
+ Support business development efforts through client engagement, relationship-building, and successful project outcomes.
+ Uphold an integrated safety culture and ensure compliance with all site-specific and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of commercial construction management experience focusing on architectural and/or self-perform work.
+ Experience supporting large-scale industrial projects such as data centers and semiconductor facilities.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
+ Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
+ Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, Project, and pertinent web applications; experience with Viewpoint, Bluebeam, WinEst, and On-Screen Takeoff preferred.
+ Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to interpret and communicate company policies effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline preferred.
+ Experience working at Intel or TSMC is a plus.
+ A positive and professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
Work Environment
The position is based in Tempe, AZ, requiring standard business hours and a commitment of 45-50 hours a week. The role involves working from the office and supporting various projects. This team will be responsible for managing a very large internal virtualization platform that is key to the bank's day to day functionality. As part of the modernization of that environment, we need to migrate a large VM estate from the legacy hosting and network platforms to the new strategic hosting and network platforms.
