RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, mentor, and oversee a hybrid team of technologists and administrative staff to deliver high quality imaging services and exceptional patient care.
Drive operational excellence across multiple clinic sites, ensuring workflows are optimized, efficient, and patient outcomes are prioritized.
Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one imaging modality (e.g., MRI, CT, Xray, Mammography, or Ultrasound) to provide clinical guidance and support, while also offering leadership and operational oversight across all imaging modalities as needed.
Manage accreditation processes (e.g., ACR, MQSA, or other applicable certifications) to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
Build strong relationships with clinic leadership and staff to foster collaboration and ensure seamless integration of imaging services.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including equipment standards, radiation safety, and staff credentialing.
Provide direct supervision to radiology staff, including performance management, hiring, and firing.
Collaborate with primary care providers to streamline diagnostic services and patient referrals.
Oversee vendor selection, inventory management, and supply procurement for the imaging department.
Willingness to travel 25%-50% to other clinics as needed for site support and team management.
SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience in managing budgets including planning, oversight, and cost optimization for imaging operations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building collaborative relationships in hybrid team environments.
Have a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams, with a focus on operational and clinical excellence.
Be familiar with regulatory requirements and accreditation processes for imaging services.
Be adaptable and action oriented, with a mindset of “no job is too big or too small.”
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Hold active credentials in at least one imaging modality (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent), with 5 or more years of experience in clinical imaging specific to their credential.
Have 5 or more years of leadership and management experience in imaging services, preferably including oversight of multi-site teams (preferred but not required).

The Project Manager is responsible for working with the PMO to plan, manage, and execute diverse enterprise and complex projects across the Credit Union's business units.
This role will interface with internal leaders and managers and external vendors while managing internal diverse project teams with an impeccable service attitude.

Primary Job Duties:

• Work and provide directions to project sponsors' direct reports, project owners, and their teams.
• Coordinate and build efficient project plans that include schedule baseline, scope baseline, resource requirements, budget, risk management and communication management.
• Identify, track, manage, and report on project risks, dependencies and devise contingency plans as needed.
• Track project milestones and inform sponsor(s) of needed changes, and provide communication reports to the AVP PMO.
• Document project information including project charter, project plan, lessons learned, agendas and meeting notes.
• Understand the business need for each project and make on-going decisions based on what's best for the organization and aligning projects and timelines to business strategy.
• Keep the PMO informed of any significant problems.
• Ensure optimal project management performance.
• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

The Senior Project Manager will work on general aviation and non-hub commercial service airports. Projects include federal and state funded airport improvement programs as well as locally funded projects at public and private use airports.
Your impact:
Direction and management of FAA and State DOT aviation projects within an assigned client base.
Management of the entire life cycle of a project: capital improvement planning, grant facilitation, land acquisition, design, bidding construction, and close out to meet project goals on time and on budget.
Compliance with objectives contained within the statewide aviation systems plans, individual airport master plans, safety regulations, environmental laws, federal land acquisition, federal grant assurance requirements, all federal and state design standards, and airspace matter.
Knowledge and application of FAA Advisory Circulars for airport design and construction including runways, taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, grading/drainage, and pavement markings.
Development of contract specifications and bid estimates.
Coordination of engineering design staff and other disciplines to meet objectives.

Based out of Rocket Lab's new site in Albuquerque, NM as part of the SolAero Technologies acquisition, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for execution of the program lifecycle, including definition, planning, execution and closeout for programs assigned. The PM shall be responsible for managing program scope, schedule and budget (revenue forecasting, margin, profit & loss) in accordance with customer and corporate objectives while operating within policies, processes and procedures. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Serve as the principal point of contact for customers.
