Build and maintain relationships with talent communities and external partners to support long-term hiring goals. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing efforts accordingly. Participate in intake meetings and provide market intelligence on candidate availability and competitive trends. Conduct initial candidate screenings and ensure smooth handoff to recruiters. Maintain accurate tracking of sourcing activities and candidate progress. Share pipeline insights. Proactively source hard-to-find talent in competitive markets to build a pipeline. Education and Experience Requirements: Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably for Data Center roles. Expertise in sourcing tools, search techniques, and other methods deemed adequate to find Talent we are looking for. Always searching for creative ways to build a pipeline of candidates. Required Knowledge and Skills: 2 to 4+ years of experience with Sourcing candidates. Strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
