A senior quality assurance analyst is a senior member of the quality assurance team. They are involved in analyzing requirements and design documents. They perform code reviews and facilitating the quality assurance process and daily rituals. They also develop and optimize the quality assurance processes in place.

Further duties include managing existing bugs and logging new bugs effectively, producing defect reports, status reports, and test reports as required, raising product issues to the team promptly, establishing metrics and best practices, and recommending review processes and methods, communicating with internal teams such as developers and product owners and perform other duties as required.
