Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Provides Quality Assurance (QA) support to Devens Site and reporting Manger through quality review and
approval of Investigations and Corrective Actions.
- Decision making of non-conformance through a deep understanding of Quality Systems Regulatory expectations
- Reviews and approves Quality, Quality Control, Validation and Automation related documents
- Review and approves Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and approval of Validation related documentation such as risk assessments, protocols and test scripts and
summary reports.
- Review and approval of change proposals as well as associated deliverables, ensuring the change deliverables meet
external regulatory and internal WWQC guidelines and requirements.
- Ability to coach across different departments within the subject matter of Investigations, CAPAs, general risk
assessments and Validation.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work across multiple competing deliverables, in a remote working
environment
- Able to interpret complicated data and make sound decisions, Independently

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of science generally attained through studies resulting in a B.S; in Biological science, Engineering,
biochemistry, or related discipline, or its equivalent is preferred.
- Advanced Level of relevant experience in a GMP, GCP, or GXP with at least 8 years focused on product
quality. Preferred Active member of ASQ or ISPE.
- Prior experience of QC equipment Qualification and some project management experience
- Knowledge of biotech, bulk drug substance or finished product manufacturing, medical device analytical testing is
highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of US and EU cGMP regulations and guidance and GAMP 5.
- Knowledge of electronic systems including any of the following: SAP, LIMS, TrackWise, Veeva Vault and electronic

Job Description
This position will be supporting a DoD client with a variety of needs including acquisition, program management, technology assessment, demonstration support, and testing and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and scheduling of activities in the test and evaluation line of effort to ensure key meetings are identified, scheduled, and prepped
Support the drafting of acquisition documentation in support of the T&E line of effort to include Test and Evaluation Management Plan, Individual Assessment Plans, Test Strategy, Program Protection Plans, Integrated Logistics Plans, etc.
Collaborate in the drafting of comprehensive documentation for contract deliverables, encompassing assessments, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), reports, acquisition milestones, and general program management, as well as top-level briefings intended for presentation.
Contribute to thoroughly reviewing data from tests, assessments, and demonstrations to formulate recommendations, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
Coordinate test and demonstration events to systematically capture and record outcomes related to the various elements of DOTMLPF, ensuring their integration into appropriate mission areas.
Support the execution of internal programmatic testing activities including software drop testing, user manual validation, cybersecurity testing, and field testing
Coordinate with the test lead to develop data repositories and data organization methodology to support programmatic needs
Support the execution of experimentation and test events on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
Requires minimum SECRET level clearance (Active).
Requires Bachelor's degree, Masters highly desired
10+ years relevant experience, at least 5 supporting DoD Test and Evaluation
Candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication, including the capacity to write meeting agendas and summaries effectively.
Candidate should demonstrate ability to problem solve and work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate should demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities.
