A Senior Quality Control Analyst develops and establishes standards and measures for quality assurance designed for an organization's information technology services. Senior Quality Control Analysts collect and analyze data to support proposed projects, systems requirements, and business cases. They perform external vendor audits and internal audits for current GMP compliance. They also need to streamline and redesign data processing programs and protocols. Knowledge and experience in test plans, quality control, quality assurance, and analytical methods are necessary for this job.
A quality associate is responsible for ensuring that a new product meets standards for usage and operating.
