Job Details:
The Thousand Oak Quality Control organization supports the manufacture of *** products by testing in-process, release, and stability samples. The QC organization also supports the broader network as needed. In addition to testing, the organization supports the templating and logging of information into our Laboratory Information Management System (SM LIMS) and the use of the Laboratory Method Execution system (LMES), this also included other quality systems used to manage our information and processes (deviations, change control, etc).
This Role will be supporting the QC organization in generating metrics, supporting QC s existing dashboards and data collection tools. The preferred candidate must possess the skills to clearly capture and articulate the client s processes, partner with the client to identify process improvement, and translate strategies into information solutions. Role varies between client focused and application focused

Basic Qualifications
" Bachelor s degree and 3 years of data analytics experience
OR
" Associate s degree and 6 years of data analytics experience
OR
" High school diploma / GED and 8 years of data analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications
" Intermediate to Expert level working knowledge of Excel required (pivot tables/charts, lookups, connection to data sources, some VBA)
" Three or more (3+) years SQL experience strongly preferred (Oracle, DataBricks)
" Intermediate or better level proficiency in Office 365 applications in general
" SmartSheet experience preferred (building reports/dashboards, workflows, DataMesh)
" SharePoint experience preferred (developing site pages, site administration, Power Automate)
" Tableau experience preferred (building reports/dashboards, Data Prep flows, site administration)
" Tibco Spotfire experience preferred
" Ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
" Excellent written and verbal communication

Job Description:

• Under general supervision, this position will perform routine procedures and testing in support of the QC Microbiology lab

Responsibilities:

• Growth Promotion testing of incoming media, Microbial Identifications, Gram Staining, Microbial Stock Culture creation, handling and maintenance, Biological Indicator testing

• Providing and communicating results, maintaining/operating specialized equipment

• Responsible for documenting, compiling, interpreting, reviewing and entering laboratory data

• Must learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs which includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems and laboratory logbooks

• Troubleshoot, solve problems and communicate with stakeholders

• Laboratory testing of the tests listed above

• Data result entry/approval

Basic Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities of Loan Operations Associate:

• Reviews pre closing loan documents to ensure compliance
• Reviews post-closing and legal documents for compliance, accuracy and completeness
• Reviews all new loans, modifications, extensions and renewals booked on the core system for accuracy
• Processes daily GL entries as needed on rejects
• Updates Loan Operations Quality Control procedures
• Performs review on all account maintenance and transactions processed by Loan Operations department
• Maintains legal documents in procedural order and secured in vault
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all recording and closing documents
• Maintains and tracks all UCC filings using Ilien
• Responsible for releases of UCCs and satisfaction of mortgages
• Ensures all daily transactions are scanned and uploaded in appropriate shared folder
• Assists with for the execution of documenting partial and full releases for paid loans, assignments and subordinations.
• Assists with monthly board reports when needed
• Assists with other tasks assigned
• Provides superior customer service

Qualifications of Loan Operations Associate:

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office
• Complete understanding of all loan policies, approval procedures and banking regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong sense of integrity and personal ethics

Experience of Loan Operations Associate:

• Five years of business experience and/or relevant experience in loan operations
• Detailed knowledge of lending products, including residential, commercial, and consumer
