Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including planning, sourcing to offering, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Utilize social media, academic partnerships, and grit to enhance employer branding and attract potential candidates.
Conduct recruitment initiatives to build relationships with other institutions that affect the pipeline of emerging talent in healthcare.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Leverage technical recruiting tools and skills to identify candidates for specialized roles within the organization.
Utilize applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro, Dayforce, Workday, and/or ADP for effective candidate management and reporting.
Train and develop junior recruitment staff to enhance their skills in lead generation and negotiation techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience recruiting medical professionals with a strong understanding of various community-based healthcare organizations, with extensive knowledge of human resources practices and compliance.
3 - 5 years of experience in creating strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent and building a robust candidate pipeline.
Demonstrates strong lead generation abilities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Excellent social media management skills to promote job openings in a variety of social media channels effectively.
3 - 5 years of strong negotiation skills to secure top talent while aligning with VNHS's compensation philosophy and the needs of the program.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve hiring objectives.
