This role is pivotal in attracting top talent, developing effective recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-cycle recruiting in an intense, fast-paced healthcare organization, with a proven track record of successfully attracting talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience recruiting medical professionals with a strong understanding of various community-based healthcare organizations, with extensive knowledge of human resources practices and compliance. 3 - 5 years of experience in creating strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent and building a robust candidate pipeline. Demonstrates strong lead generation abilities to identify potential candidates through various channels. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Excellent social media management skills to promote job openings in a variety of social media channels effectively. 3 - 5 years of strong negotiation skills to secure top talent while aligning with VNHS's compensation philosophy and the needs of the program.
