What you have

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality talent to support the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting.
Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired.
Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred.
Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace.
