Work with SME and create standard test matrixacross suppliers - Micro only
Incorporate information from previous surveys into new in-house matrix - Micro only
Consolidate & perform analysis on data obtained from all disciplines(Micro, Chem, Pharma, Packaging, etc.)
Identify suppliers under contract and provide copies of contracts &SOW's for review Review contracts and prepare meaningful matrix of contracts
Review invoicing against contracted rates
Refresh cost savings information based on data provided by suppliers Coordinate Finance reviews for TCO savings
Create capability matrix by discipline based upon standard data collection fromsuppliers -
