Duties:
Collaborate with the Executive Director of HR and various department leaders to develop recruitment strategies for various technical positions across the company.
Execute full-cycle recruitment to fulfill technical positions in IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insight on market conditions and best practices.
Create professionally written job descriptions and post various job ads based on recruitment needs.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (Internal HRIS system, job boards, networking events, social media, referrals, and others).
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enter, update, and maintain accurate candidate records.
Coordinate and conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Oversee the assignment and response management of technical assessments to all applicable candidates/positions.
Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR and department leaders.
Manage vacancy requisitions and analyze and prepare reports for each vacancy.
Assist with onboarding efforts and additional administrative or HR duties as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 - 5 years of Technical Recruitment experience within IT Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and Cybersecurity.
Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment CRM software.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.

Responsibilities
Support Senior Director in developing and executing the strategy for a robust talent acquisition
program that is scalable to support business growth
Understand the sourcing strategy, utilize available sourcing tools (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter license,
job boards, social networks, social media channels, university engagement, internal referrals
among others) to build talent pipelines for current and future business needs
Establish goals that support recruitment priorities to fill open jobs and create candidate
pipelines based on business needs
Learn position requirements to proactively source candidates
Manage assigned job requisitions throughout the talent lifecycle and create and manage job
postings on the applicant tracking system and social media
Understand and remain current on the external talent market to gain strategic advantage in
mining for and sourcing talent to fill critical openings
Utilize effective talent acquisition processes, tools, practices and metrics that help drive
continuous improvement and that are consistent with and reflect organization's brand and
culture
Develop relationships with and support activities on select campuses to build entry level talent
pipeline
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated career growth
Understanding of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and ability to develop
effective strategies to source talent
Experience with and a passion for lead-generation programs to find high-caliber talent
Understanding of how to use analytics to drive results
Self-motivated and accountable
Excellent communications skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on prior experience
Experience in media and healthcare a plus

Qualifications

Position Overview:
StreetWise Partners is seeking a motivated Program Recruitment and Community Partnerships Lead to support mentee recruitment for the DC StreetWise Bridge Program. This role is responsible for enrolling 120+ job seekers annually by executing recruitment strategies, managing the application pipeline, and ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates. The Program Recruitment Lead will also support the Senior Program Director in cultivating and maintaining community partner relationships to expand outreach and sustain recruitment pipelines.
This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of

Essential Duties:
Mentee Recruitment (50%)
Implement strategies to enroll 120+ program participants annually, including outreach, screening, and ongoing tracking of applications and recruitment metrics in Salesforce.
Lead information sessions to communicate program benefits and guide prospective mentees through the application process.
Manage the mentee screening process, conducting intake assessments and providing acceptance/rejection recommendations based on program qualifications.
Community Partner Engagement (30%)

Collaborate with community organizations to deliver stand-alone professional development workshops outside of the Bridge Program.
Represent the program at external events such as college career fairs and on-site info sessions with community partners.
Mentor-Mentee Matching & Program Support (20%)
Assist the mentor-mentee matching process for mentoring pairs, contributing insights to create strong matches based on industry, demographics, communication style, and personality traits.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of professional experience in a related field (e.g., talent acquisition/recruitment, workforce development, nonprofit programming, social work, human services, etc.).
Proven ability to apply long-term, strategic thinking to recruitment and engagement efforts while aligning individual actions to broader program goals and mission impact.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including nonprofit leaders, job seekers, and immigrant/refugee communities.
Skilled at understanding prospective mentees' backgrounds and motivations during the screening process and asking thoughtful questions to uncover underlying needs.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
