Responsible for communication with physician facilitating the relocation processes of employing or contracting the physician and or mid-level. The Specialist, Physician Recruitment is also responsible for coordinating VISA documentation for immigration compliance. The incumbent will be responsible for initial contract preparation as well as be responsible for locum tenens recruitment. Qualifications POSITION SPECIFICATION Education: 4 year college/university degree or equivalent experience Field Of Study: Business, or related field Special Training: Interviewing Skills Training Preferred: Spreadsheet and database applications; Previous Physician Recruitment strongly preferred Experience: More than 3 years experience required. Interpersonal Skills: Interaction is with a variety of people inside or outside the organization. Communications are of moderate difficulty and sensitivity. Contact with others may involve detailed & lengthy dialogues & exchanges of information. Requires a moderate amount of interpersonal skills.
