Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on labour market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and survey data to facilitate organizational growth. Provide strategic counsel to hiring managers during recruitment processes and coach stakeholders to maintain core principles and employer reputation. Deliver ongoing reporting on open vacancy status to HR teams and hiring managers while establishing priorities during high-volume recruitment periods. Proactively build and maintain social media networks, communities, and talent pipelines to source high-quality candidates for current and future opportunities. Proactively identify opportunities to automate and streamline ATS workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency in candidate screening and pipeline management. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for comprehensive talent sourcing.
