Generates, organizes, updates, processes, and maintains personnel documents including recruitment, screening, and hiring.
Answers employee questions and concerns regarding career advancement, employment, or other Human Resource related areas in a timely fashion.
Attends career fairs and networking opportunities in the community to build candidate pipeline.
Coordinates possible employment opportunities between interns and volunteers.
Promotes internal employment growth with a timely response to Career Advancement Applications.
Communicates with hiring managers and leadership team to ensure recruitment needs are being met through timely communication, follow through and updates.
Develops and updates periodic reports for talent and performance management measures.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:

Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent and relevant professional experience that demonstrates necessary recruitment skills.
Minimum Required Experience: Two or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Required License /Certification /Registration: Preferred education/certifications: SHRM-TA Specialty Credential, AIRS Recruiter's Certification, CPSP-Certified People Sourcing Professional.

At Trek, the HR Team is looking for the next Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Awesome Bus. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic ally to Hiring Managers, leveraging your expertise to identify and attract best in world talent. Your insights and unique perspectives will not only improve Trek's recruiting processes but also guide internal talent development initiatives. This is a cross-functional role that will focus on both HQ and retail leadership positions. The position will be in person/hybrid based at Trek HQ in Waterloo, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Incredible Hospitality: Ensure seamless communication throughout the recruiting process by providing regular status updates to all stakeholders.
Ownership over the full recruitment cycle: While keeping incredible hospitality in mind, guide the candidate through the full recruitment cycle which will include communicating and scheduling interview next steps, providing regular status updates to candidates, and in some instances, organizing and coordinating candidate travel.
Identify and Hire Top Talent: Proactively seek out and connect with outstanding candidates. Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' cultural add, relevant experience, and knowledge regarding position requirements. Extend offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Innovative Sourcing Techniques: Utilize creative and strategic sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates. Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other networks to communicate effectively with talent.
Strategize with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific needs, challenges, and criteria for successful hires. Develop and implement strategies to build reliable talent pipelines through research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns.
Training and Development: Provide training sessions on recruitment processes and best practices for hiring managers and interviewers at all levels. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in recruitment techniques across the organization.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Work cross-functionally to enhance our employment and recruiting brand, as well as initiatives related to diversity hiring. Regularly solicit feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes proactively.
