Purpose
The role serves as a strategic partner to the Talent Center team, leading end to end recruitment initiatives for corporate functions and senior retail leadership across Inditex US & PR. Key Responsibilities
• Lead high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for corporate functions and senior retail roles, managing a large portfolio of vacancies with speed, accuracy, and strategic prioritization.
• Build and sustain a proactive, high‑quality talent pipeline by screening large volumes of resumes, identifying strong profiles, and maintaining consistent engagement across multiple channels.

• Identify and test new sourcing channels, continuously enhancing outreach methods to access untapped or emerging talent pools.
• Ensure recruitment processes are executed with efficiency and excellence, supporting broader HR initiatives and cross‑functional projects as needed.
• Design and deploy creative, out‑of‑the‑box attraction tactics that elevate employer branding and strengthen the company's visibility as a destination for top talent.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience, managing interviews, feedback loops, and communication touchpoints with professionalism and clarity.
• Build strategic external partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to expand long‑term talent reach.

• Collaborate on special projects and continuous improvement efforts assigned by the Recruitment Manager, contributing to innovation within the Talent Center function.
Experience and qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field strongly preferred

You'll be the first People representative on-site in New York:
* Act as the local point of contact for all People-related matters
* Own U.S. benefits administration end-to-end
* Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for U.S. hires

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition (80%)
* Lead and execute GTM hiring efforts across the U.S. and UK
* Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue roles
* Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand needs and deliver exceptional talent
* Ensure every candidate has a world-class experience with Justt
* Leverage AI tools and analytics to continuously optimize recruitment processes
* Champion and strengthen Justt's employer brand in competitive markets
* Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy
* Stay agile and responsive to evolving business priorities
People Partnering & Employee Experience (20%)
* Serve as the primary People partner for our New York site
* Own the U.S. onboarding experience and ensure smooth integration for new hires
* Manage U.S. benefits administration and serve as the go-to expert for employee questions
* Foster a cohesive, inclusive, and engaging on-site culture that reflects Justt's values
* Partner with the global People team to align programs, communication, and initiatives
Requirements
Must-haves:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a global startup environment
* Proven track record hiring Go-To-Market talent (Sales, CS, Revenue roles) in the U.S.
* Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
* Curiosity and agility in learning new tools, including generative AI
* Experience as the first or sole People/TA representative in a U.S. site, or demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy
* Hands-on familiarity with U.S. benefits programs and HR operations
* Deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, compensation norms, and GTM talent market dynamics
