Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the driving force behind Hydration Room's most vital hiring need: Registered Nurses (RNs) and clinical staff. This individual contributor role focuses on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and full-cycle recruiting of RNs in existing and new markets. You will be responsible for building pipelines from diverse sources-including hospitals, ERs, and peer wellness clinics-while ensuring candidate quality, cultural alignment, and licensing compliance.
In addition, you will also manage select corporate recruiting needs. Success in establishing predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes will create a pathway to building and leading our recruiting team as Hydration Room scales nationwide.
Core Role Responsibilities:
Proactive RN Sourcing: Network across hospitals, ERs, competitor clinics, nursing associations, and nursing networking platforms. Cultivate talent pools to continuously fill FT and Per Diem RN roles.
Influence and convert high-performing Per Diem nurses into full-time RN roles by highlighting career growth and long-term opportunities within the organization.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage requisitions end-to-end (sourcing, assessments, interviewing, credentialing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
Market Mapping: Maintain real-time understanding of RN labor trends, peer employer staffing, and emerging talent sources.
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Represent Hydration Room at career events, school partnerships, and professional networks. Design outreach that elevates our employment brand and delivers a best-in-class candidate journey.
Partnership with Operations: Forecast hiring for new clinic launches and expansions in collaboration with field leaders.
Tools & Data: Evaluate recruiting tools, recommend ATS and sourcing platforms, and establish dashboards and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention at 90 days).
Compliance & Credentialing: Ensure all hires meet licensure, certification, and documentation requirements in partnership with People & Culture and clinical leaders.
Corporate Recruiting: Manage select non-executive corporate roles to support company infrastructure.
Scaling the Function: As hiring volume grows, participate in hiring and mentoring additional recruiters to expand capacity.
Perform any additional responsibilities as required.
