The Work: + Implement complex Oracle HCM solutions for our global clients that transform, simplify, and drive better insights into their HR functions. + Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle across the HCM suite including hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Experience in Talent & Learning Management is beneficial. + Support and lead teams to design, configure, prototype, test, and deploy Oracle solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly + Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create leading solutions powered by Oracle + Analyze technical and functional integration requirements + Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation Travel may be required for this role.
