Position Brand Description: The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages the end-to-end recruitment process for our U.S. manufacturing site, partnering with business leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership roles. This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, optimizing recruitment workflows, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Manager ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, drives a positive candidate experience, and supports workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Objectives/Deliverables: Full-Cycle Recruitment Lead and manage all stages of the recruitment process, from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and competency expectations. Develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview guides aligned with organizational needs. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, industry networks, and university partnerships. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions, including technical, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership roles. Manage candidate tracking and communications to ensure a consistent and efficient process. Candidate Assessment & Selection Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial behavioral and competency assessments. Coordinate interview schedules, lead debriefs, and advise on selection decisions with hiring managers. Ensure interview consistency and compliance with internal HR policies and applicable U.S. employment laws. Hiring Operations & Process Improvement Optimize and standardize recruitment workflows, documentation, and related processes. Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality of hire and streamline operations. Support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR operations. Strong employer branding and candidate engagement experience, including leveraging social media, partnerships, and events. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness) to inform strategy and improve processes. Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. Additional Preferences: Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and strategies. Possession of PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and/or technical and engineering roles. Exposure to start-up environments, post-merger integrations (PMI), or HR transformation initiatives. Position Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Genscript's team to conduct high-volume recruitment activities. Please note that this position is based onsite in Piscataway, NJ. The estimated salary range, dependent upon experience, is $60,000 - $70,000 base salary. Responsibilities: Conduct high volume full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective for open positions in US sites Assist in the efforts of employer branding on social media and other channels Develop recruiting channels to effectively perform searches for qualified candidates Attend scientific conferences/tradeshows together with the sales & marketing team to advertise company positions Manage campus recruiting, develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target schools including academic faculty, career services, student organizations, etc. Select qualified job applicants and make hiring recommendations when appropriate Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports Conduct background and reference checks, along with e-Verify process Conduct new employee orientation and interpret human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Provide as needed support for continuous improvement projects, onboarding of employees and implementation of new HR services Responsible for other duties as assigned Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Experience in Human Resources in a fast paced environment Headhunter or recruiting experience in life science industry is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Experience driving process standardization and improvement efforts Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint #LI-EB1 #GS GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
