We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and drive all recruitment and networking efforts for Inter Miami CF. This role will lead the recruiting function, manage and mentor the Recruiter, and remain deeply hands-on in full-cycle recruiting across the organization. In addition to recruiting execution, the Talent Acquisition Lead will play a key role in workforce planning and compensation strategy, leveraging data, market insights, and trends to build scalable, competitive hiring frameworks that support the club's growth and high-performance culture. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
Manage, mentor, and support the Recruiter, providing direction, prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback.
Remain heavily involved in full-cycle recruiting for key, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles across all departments.
Partner with executive leadership and department heads on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring timelines.
Develop and maintain compensation bands and salary ranges in partnership with HR and leadership, informed by market data, internal equity, and organizational needs.
Monitor compensation and labor market trends to ensure Inter Miami CF remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Use recruiting metrics, workforce data, and market insights to drive decision-making, improve processes, and forecast hiring needs.
Oversee and participate in all phases of the recruitment process, from role intake through onboarding.
Collaborate closely with department leaders to create accurate, compelling job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Independently manage recruiting priorities and workflows while effectively coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate, and implement effective sourcing strategies based on role requirements, data insights, and best practices.
Oversee job posting, advertising, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and external talent networks.
Represent Inter Miami CF at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting sessions.
