About the role
This is a hybrid, contract role for a Technical Recruiter based in our downtown Dallas, TX office. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, nurturing relationships with hiring teams, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all parties. Core responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies, candidate identification (LI Recruiter license available), screening, and scheduling while completing real-time updates in the ATS. A focus on clear communication and efficiency in fulfilling hiring demands will be essential to your success.

What you'll do:

What you have:
Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management, to include knowledge of applicable employment laws.
Demonstrates understanding of recruiting methods and standard methodologies.
Knowledge of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

What sets you apart:
At least 1 year of experience with full-cycle recruiting for Banking, Property and Casualty, Life and/or Agency lines of business.

At least 1 year of experience using AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and screening efforts.
Use of data and analytics and reporting tools to track key recruiting metrics and advise decision-making.
Experience with the Workday Recruiting module.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $85,040.00 - $162,550.00.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with Home Organization's growth plans, labor forecasts, and seasonal demand.

Present recruiting performance and insights to TA leadership, HRBPs, and Home Organization executives.
Team Development & Process Consistency

Qualifications & Experience

Track key recruiting metrics and source effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
Analyze job requirements and develop unique recruitment initiatives to attract top talent
Ensure a red-carpet candidate and hiring manager experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring process
Partner with the university relations partner(s) in the college recruiting process, including attending career fairs and events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of full cycle recruitment including proactive sourcing & utilization of all resources available to attract qualified candidates
Sales and / or engineering recruitment experience, strongly preferred
Blend of agency and in-house recruiting, strongly preferred
Applicant tracking system and CRM experience
Natural collaboration skills with a proven ability to work across teams to get things done
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage all stakeholder expectations and shift priorities as needed
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
