Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify top technical talent across technical roles using various sourcing strategies and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Maintain and track pipeline activity, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools.
Key Competencies
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and skills required to effectively assess candidates' qualifications.

Experience
At least 5+ years (ideally 7+) of technical recruiting experience with expertise: Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring engineering talent, leveraging in-depth knowledge and understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skills required in engineering positions.
Experience in Full-cycle Recruiting: Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, booking travel, conducting reference checks, debriefing in hiring committees, negotiating offers, closing deals, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Passion for gaming: Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and technologies.
