Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)
Radiant is seeking a highly driven, enthusiastic Senior Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment and scale a world class team in a startup environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment - intake meetings, sourcing strategy and execution, interviews, negotiating offers, and closing. You will be a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers on closing strategies, talent trends, and best practices. You will also drive Radiant's university recruitment program to attract top students. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, are skilled in identifying and closing the top 5% of talent in their respective fields, and take extreme ownership over their work. Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage full cycle recruiting process providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
Act as trusted partner for hiring managers on hiring strategies, best interview practices, and closing talent.
