The Senior Marketing Delivery Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end creative execution of web marketing strategies for internal stakeholders within JP Morgan Chase and Careers. This role reports into the Marketing Delivery Lead and will partner closely with marketing strategy channel execution teams.

Responsibilities Include
Managing E2E implementation of 10-15 digital initiatives a month to ensure wealth management efforts are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters. Managing the process and execution of creative testing and analysis to optimize performance; testing may include multiple creative versions for each campaign and may leverage different offer constructs as needed Collaboration with marketing strategy managers to identify opportunities, strengthen campaign strategy and establish the framework for measurement and reporting. Management of multi-channel marketing execution including working across multi-functional teams, such as: Agencies for creative development and execution Modeling team, list team and list brokers to coordinate targeting Analytics team to report campaign results Technology teams for capability integration and execution Internal channel execution partners Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Teams Effectively and efficiently working within multiple systems and processes throughout creative development to ensure proper approvals and controls required for a successful launch. Using best practices, test results, customer journey mapping and SEO to optimize and elevate the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional partnering and project management skills, campaign management and/or digital execution experience, ability to lead and drive decision-making in a complex, ever-changing environment, a mindset for continuous process improvement, be detail oriented, and have a high degree of comfort in a stringent controls environment.


Qualifications
