Key Responsibilities

What this position entails
The Site Reliability Engineer III will be the go-to authority for PostgreSQL database management and optimization. This role requires deep technical expertise in PostgreSQL, alongside extensive experience with AWS services, IAM security, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, DocumentDB, and other data platform technologies. You will be responsible for database design, implementation, security, performance tuning, and integration with various data technologies.

Observability
Design DB observability strategy and help implement reusable patterns to meet varying levels of required visibility
Create observability dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key database metrics and health indicators
Recommend best practices for monitoring, tracing, and logging Cloud (AWS) databases
Establish anomaly detection/alerting and help tune DBs for performance and cost
Database Design and Implementation:

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $117,500 - $249,780. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.

Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia:
$135,125 - $222,985 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and
$151,340 - $249,780 for experience greater than 10 years.
All other states:
$117,500 - $193,900 if overall experience is less than 10 years; and
$131,600 - $217,200 for experience greater than 10 years.

General Summary
Technical Analysis Engineers handle vehicle and component investigations to pursue quick and accurate detection of potential safety or reliability conditions to support Kia customers. They review and support customer claim investigations and provide technical engineering support for claim defense and timely resolution. Job Summary
The Senior Process Engineer at Harrow will play a crucial role in the tech transfer of FDA-approved drug products to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs). Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T), the Senior Process Engineer will ensure the seamless transition of drug products from development to commercial production.
Core Responsibilities
Lead technology transfer of branded ophthalmic products to cGMP Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
Serve as the primary point of contact with CMOs and external partners for all technology transfer activities.
Prepare, review, and approve technical documentation-including protocols, reports, and product/process validation packages (IQ, OQ, PQ)-to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide technical leadership in CMO project transfer meetings, offering guidance and managing deliverables.
Collaborate cross-functionally with MS&T, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless transfer and maintenance of processes at CMOs.
Compile and analyze process data, communicate project status, identify trends, and meet internal and external reporting requirements.
Support CMO selection by assessing manufacturing capabilities and driving initiatives to reduce and improve process variability.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
Provide process engineering recommendations to ensure transferred products are robust, compliant, and aligned with current manufacturing technologies.
Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure compliance and product quality throughout the entire engineering and commercial operations process.
Oversee product transitions into CMOs, ensuring readiness for production, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for critical processes and provide technical leadership across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or pharmaceutical engineering with at least six years' pertinent and progressive experience or Master's degree with minimum of three years' experience.
Experience in Formulations, Process Development or Technical Services, with direct experience in formulation and process development of Sterile Products.
Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing, aseptic filling and sterilization required.

Provide process guidance to Field Service Engineers for startup and troubleshooting of full-scale plants and pilot systems, participating in on-site commissioning of commercial plants and assisting in training of the end user's operators.
Develop test protocols for field pilots for the purpose of obtaining performance data for commercial opportunities. Completing field test projects by preparing comprehensive reports to be used for both internal and external purposes.

Join our team as a Senior Process Engineer!
This is an in office role based out of our Maumee, Ohio office.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in refining processes within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Northwest Ohio region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both project execution and business development, leveraging existing relationships with regional refineries to drive growth and expand our presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Engage with plant personnel, clients, and stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify project opportunities.
* Leverage existing relationships at Northwest Ohio refineries to support strategic business development and expand client accounts.
* Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and process evaluations to support client goals and safety compliance.
* Lead or support engineering projects in refining, including process improvements, retrofits, debottlenecking, and new unit designs.
* Collaborate with internal multi-discipline teams including mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers.
* Support process safety efforts including HAZOPs, PHA facilitation, and regulatory compliance activities.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and industry insights to support professional development and strengthen the team.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
* 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in refinery operations or projects.
* Demonstrated knowledge of refining processes such as distillation, hydrotreating, catalytic cracking, reforming, etc.
* Strong working relationships with key personnel at refineries located in or near Northwest Ohio.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ProMax, etc.)
* Familiarity with OSHA PSM regulations and PHA participation or facilitation.
* Prior experience developing proposals, scopes of work, or cost estimates.
* Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one is a plus.
