Job Title: SEC Reporting Sr Analyst
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA; Westminster, CO; Dayton, OH; Potential for Remote
Reports to: Manager, SEC Reporting

Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Manager of SEC reporting and technical accounting Partner with members of accounting operations, stock administration, human resources, controllers, FP&A, legal, internal controls, third party vendors Assist with reporting calendar and deliverables Assist with preparation of the Company's periodic SEC filings, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and assist with proxy statement Tie out of the earnings release, web schedules, and conference call scripts Ensure consistency with the tie-out of the 10-Q/10-K with both earnings release and audit committee materials.Assist with the EPS calculations and statement of shareholders equity as well as weighted-average shares outstanding Review and understand preparation of Statement of Cash FlowsEnsure compliance with SOX controls Assist in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos, for example going concern, impairment assessments, and related party information.Review certain information from stock administration team Review quarterly PRSU multipliers Record or review monthly stock compensation expense Record or review share repurchases Review new SEC requirements, such as sustainability reporting, and new FASB standards to ensure proper reporting; provide benchmarking Understand the impacts of acquisitions and divestitures for SEC reporting purposes Potential for performing technical accounting research Evaluate and continually improve procedures and processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA4+ years of relevant experience, including multi-national and public company SEC reporting experience; Big 4 experience preferred Basic knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations Accountable for taking ownership over outcomes and public-facing information Ability to listen to the needs of the business, articulate issues in a clear and simplified manner, present findings Advanced Excel and/or Google spreadsheet skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical with the ability to dive into the details and data and do the analysis required Team player showing emotional intelligence in all situations Experience with Oracle and Workiva preferred

We will count on you to:
Develops analytical reports of low complexity to allow fact-based, predictive and 'what-if' decision-making.Manipulates and formats data according to predetermined presentation styles to meet customer needs.Organizes data according to reporting requirements such that key insights can be identified by experienced colleagues (and independently identifies some insights as appropriate).Implements low complexity methodologies within the department, working with colleagues within Business Analytics and IT to maintain and improve the reporting infrastructure, including data housing, data modeling, report performance, and report design and delivery tools.Supports departmental activities to comply with industry regulatory requirements such as compliance standards, health and environmental policy, and department- and operating company-specific procedures and guidelines.Ensures that incoming work is handled effectively, promptly (in line with Key Performance Indicators and other deadlines) and accurately so that the needs of internal and external customers are consistently met and exceeded.Demonstrates flexibility in approach and follow up to achieve resolution of outstanding issues.

Reports to Program Manager, HR Digital Solutions, Vendor Management, Insights & Reporting Services

The Sr Analyst, Reporting & Digital Solutions Services will be responsible for reporting, system configuration and maintenance, release management, system security, and audits for HR applications and platforms. They will resolve escalated cases, system inquiries, or issues from customer service rep / functional specialists.
Key Deliverables
Run reports and conduct analyses to monitor key metrics and drive adoption Assist users with Workday reporting inquiries and requests Support HR technology portfolio including system configuration, maintenance, and release management of existing applications and new projects Grant security access to HR systems and tools following security protocols Support new HR technology implementations Support testing efforts related to HR technology Conduct data audits to ensure data quality and compliance with corporate data administration, security standards, HR policies, and procedures Give presentations to different levels of the company regarding KPIs, adoption of systems, various metrics, and other necessary topics.
Resolve escalated inquiries from Customer Service Rep. & Functional Specialists regarding system inquiries or issues

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
Workday Reporting & Analytics functionality knowledge is a must Able to run reports, conduct audits and interpret data to conduct analysis Advanced English level and Spanish fluency. Portuguese is a plus Microsoft Power BI skills required Advanced MS Excel skills and in general of the different MS Office programs University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field1-2 years' service center experience with direct customer interaction is ideal General expertise in use of HR digital tools and technology required Experience in more than one ERP or HCM systems preferred General knowledge of each of the Workday ModulesServiceNow experience is preferred Experience in UAT testing Experience in Agile development methodology Proven time management skills, and a strong sense of urgency Ability to quickly comprehend requirements and carry out transactions in accordance with set standards Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing Limited travel may be required (travel to US) Will require sometimes non-standard work hours, supporting EMEA and APAC regions
