Reports to: Manager, SEC Reporting

Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Manager of SEC reporting and technical accounting Partner with members of accounting operations, stock administration, human resources, controllers, FP&A, legal, internal controls, third party vendors Assist with reporting calendar and deliverables Assist with preparation of the Company's periodic SEC filings, including 10Qs, 10Ks, and assist with proxy statement Tie out of the earnings release, web schedules, and conference call scripts Ensure consistency with the tie-out of the 10-Q/10-K with both earnings release and audit committee materials.Assist with the EPS calculations and statement of shareholders equity as well as weighted-average shares outstanding Review and understand preparation of Statement of Cash FlowsEnsure compliance with SOX controls Assist in drafting and maintaining quarterly and annual accounting memos, for example going concern, impairment assessments, and related party information.Review certain information from stock administration team Review quarterly PRSU multipliers Record or review monthly stock compensation expense Record or review share repurchases Review new SEC requirements, such as sustainability reporting, and new FASB standards to ensure proper reporting; provide benchmarking Understand the impacts of acquisitions and divestitures for SEC reporting purposes Potential for performing technical accounting research Evaluate and continually improve procedures and processes
