The Manager, Resource Management (RM) is responsible for managing both the daily resource needs for existing and future projects and anticipating and planning for future needs. This person will be accountable for assigning the best talent to a project, creating project teams (Creative, Strategy, and Production) that are successful in delivering great work, meeting client and agency objectives, and being profitable.

In addition, the Manager of RM will establish guidelines for interoffice resource sharing and the tracking of freelance needs. This includes facilitating communication between project and discipline leads and making resource recommendations including forecasting, capacity, utilization, and skill set. This person will work closely with Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure that all projects are staffed appropriately and alert Talent Acquisition if a new role needs to be created.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) by ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, and DOT), accident prevention and after injury management. This person will work to support implementation of the PBNA EHS Management System at the Sacramento, CA Manufacturing location. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in employee safety and environmental regulations as well as have OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance experience and be highly skilled at implementing processes that will lead to sustained EHS performance improvements.

This person is responsible for deploying, implementing, and leading the EHS agenda by supporting the location manufacturing teams with integration of safety and environmental programs, Workers' Compensation, prevention efforts, and regulatory compliance into everyday work life. The EHS Senior Resource has responsibility to analyze accident data and develop and implement actionable safety/environmental solutions. The candidate is expected to provide collaborative, proactive, and creative problem-solving abilities to develop best-in-class EHS programs for the improvement of the overall strategy and EHS management system.
Responsibilities

* Implement, execute, ensure compliance with the Pepsi - North American Beverages EHS policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations (i.e. Lockout, Haz Com, Machine Safety, SARA, RCRA, etc.)
* Manage local EHS budget
* Lead the development and implementation of the EHS Annual Operating Plans and EHS Action Plans for the location
* Achieve annual targets rates for Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental
* Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state occupational safety and environmental regulations
* Develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to prevent workplace injuries, environmental incidents
