The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing general support and transaction assistance such as managing and monitoring ongoing origination activity and sales enablement duties as assigned. Responsible for the documentation requirements of equipment lease and loan transactions. Work independently with clients and all internal departments to ensure that transactions are completed accurately, timely and that the company's interests are perfected and protected.Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for entry of transaction data within designated front end system and review of transaction details prior to documentation, including customer legal name and organization structure; equipment cost, description and location; pricing; tax; and internal transaction parameters.Responsible for ensuring ownership interest in the equipment and/or security interest in the collateral is perfected by either filing a UCC and/or review of appropriate searches, release, subordinations and necessary recordings.Accurately prepare transaction documentation packages, specific to each approved transaction request. Responsible for coordinating efforts among internal departments to resolve information discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely document creation.Throughout the documentation process continually monitor transactions for compliance and adherence to company policy and procedure. Coordinate any necessary approval modifications based on changes to transaction structure or pricing.Understand product, pricing and documentation structures. Identify core contractual issues and suggest resolution while maintaining adherence to credit, legal, compliance and company policy and procedure.Independently identify specific items needed to prepare transactions for funding and when appropriate, engaging in follow up activities with the client for documentation return or other applicable transaction conditions.Maintain accordance with key departmental performance measurements and service level agreements Performs other duties as assigned.

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The Senior Sales Coordinator will support sales process execution with new and existing customers to enable sales teams aligned with our commercial strategy. **Key Accountabilities**

+ Enable assigned sales team with key process execution and sales activation including, but not limited to, samples, quality assurance, pricing requests, customer agreements and ad hoc support.

+ Act as a subject matter authority in the execution of sales processes for medium to large accounts and solve routine problems to ensure we deliver on customer requirements.

+ Support the sales manager on routine operational activities and develop strong customer relationships at various levels within the customer's organization.

+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales processes are successfully completed accurately.

+ Monitor and ensure commercial data is accurate in our systems and administration tools.

+ Create customized reports for customers and track customer requests for defined business or areas as needed.

+ Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

All tasks associated with the coordinator role.

Liaise with talent buyers in respective territory(ies) to place venue holds and obtain offers for the Country & Americana roster of clients.

Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the Country & Americana roster (artist team, touring history, recordings, etc.)

Maintain Artist Routing schedule (including targets, international blocks, and off time).

Take a lead role in the planning and execution of performance opportunities for assigned clients under the direction of Responsible Agent(s).

Maintain and grow relationships with artists, managers, promoters, talent buyers, label staff, and other members of the industry.

Oversee the creation and approval of event artwork, admats, social posts, etc.

Create announce and on-sale plans in conjunction with promoters, Responsible Agent, client teams and record labels when applicable.

Collect marketing plans, radio proposals, and promotional plans from promoters to share with client team and Responsible Agent(s).

Distribute artwork, marketing letters, and promotional details to promoters.

Ability to identify talent and share new artist ideas to Wasserman Music agents.

Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness when solicited for input on artist plans and development.

Take part in ongoing conversations with Responsible Agent(s) regarding goals, growth opportunities, and career objectives.

Uphold consistent and positive working relationships between departments and team members.
