What You'll Bring (Qualifications): Required: A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in a territory-based role. Demonstrated experience selling to the construction, utility, public works, or a related industrial sector. A verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor. The ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation; you are a natural self-starter who can manage your own schedule and pipeline effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with everyone from a project foreman to a company executive. Comfortable and credible on active construction sites and in industrial environments. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred: Specific experience in the traffic control industry. Familiarity with reading construction plans or traffic control plans (TCPs). ATSSA or other relevant traffic safety certifications are a major plus. Compensation & Benefits: Why Join Right Traffic? We are more than just a company; we are a team dedicated to a vital mission.
