Role and Responsibilities Develop sales strategies for assigned commercial, healthcare and industrial clients and market segments. Qualifications and Requirements Successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years' mechanical design experience. Mechanical Engineering Degree Registered Professional Engineer Experience in preparing engineering calculations, energy modeling and savings calculations, construction drawings, and project specifications. Strong knowledge of applied HVAC equipment systems, Building Automation Systems and associated support services Strong communication skills Strong business decision-making skills with a solid financial acumen Solid problem-solving and proven negotiating skills High sense of urgency Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, high energy level, meeting sales goals, professionalism. Proficient with all Microsoft Office related products. Proficient with CRM or sales force automation tools. Must successfully pass a background check and drug test. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
