Oncology Sales Representative Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Oncology Sales Representative will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. Details on meeting arrangements, menus, audio-visual arrangements, etc. should be documented and passed on to the catering manager for follow up.
● Forecast your group production on a weekly basis and provide to your Director of Sales to ensure a property forecast can be created.
● Participate in Group Pick Up meetings as needed. Provide feedback to Group Housing Manager on any of your group changes including number of rooms needed and cut off dates.
● Achieve all assigned KPI's. Including sales solicitation goals, bookings, lead response times and group pace.

Job Responsibilities
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.
Education and/or Experience
Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Compensation
Top performers in this position have an earning potential of $80,000 to $150,000 or more!
