The compensation package for this role includes a starting salary (base) range of $42,000-$46,000 per year plus eligibility for variable compensation. : Automotive Sales Consultant If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our team! The Sales Consultant is knowledgeable or has a willingness to learn about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories. They present new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business. The ideal candidate may have previous sales experience (in any industry), as well as excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Responsibilities Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements Maintains accurate sales documentation Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required Performs other duties as assigned

Responsibilities and Duties:
Our customers walk through the door looking for relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. That’s where our arch supports come in! Our arch supports are designed to readjust, realign, and reposition the foot.
Embracing the Easy Step Vision, Mission, and Values
Successfully demonstrating and selling the Good Feet products (the 3-Step System, 3-Step Bundles), as well as supporting products
Standing, walking, and kneeling to measure & fit the client’s feet into the correct size of Good Feet products, as well as supporting products
Meeting the Minimum Sales Metrics and Sales Goal every month
Working towards hitting the Ideal Sales Metrics
Helping the store achieve a 90%+ demo rate
Averaging customer review rating on Google of 4.5 or higher
Keeping return percentage under current benchmarks
Diligently practicing the Sales Non-Negotiables
Using 100% of the internal CRM, Media Sheets, Floorboards, and other data management systems
Maintaining professionalism in all communication and business activities
Assisting an inventory-certified specialist in checking product deliveries
Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
Ascending or descending ladders
Completing opening and closing operations
Taking part in bimonthly, virtual company-wide meetings and the annual team meeting in person
Benefits
Average pay: $50,000-$65,000 annually, total compensation based on an hourly rate plus commission and bonus.
