Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Sales and business development. Product Promotion and Education: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of CPAP equipment and CGM systems. Provide training and support to physicians and their staff on the use and benefits of CPAP equipment and CGM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our CPAP and CGM solutions and services.
Territory Management: Manage and prioritize a territory to maximize sales opportunities and customer engagement. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and market insights. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer service.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare standards. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field, is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of CPAP equipment, Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems, and related medical equipment is required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Summary of Duties of the Sales Director
The Sales Director's primary responsibility is to maintain or exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue. QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School diploma or GED required

* Able to communicate effectively and professionally. Excellent customer service skills with co-workers, internal and external customers
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High energy and a self-starter that can work in a fast pace environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow-up on assignments

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available.
* Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs.
* Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
* Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.

* Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
* Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
* Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
* Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
* Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
* Other duties as assigned and required.
