As a Style Consultant, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
* Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
* Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs.
* Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
* Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
* Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
* Execute & maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.
* Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
* Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.
* Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
* Support fulfillment and guest's needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
* Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
* Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
* Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
* Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
* When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
* Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target.

• Obtaining the appropriate off-premise distribution of supplier brands, types, and sizes as directed by management, by communicating to all owners, managers, clerks, stock persons and anyone concerned with the sale of products. Obtain maximum sell-through by conducting staff trainings, achieving supplier shelf standards, adjacencies, facings, cold box presence, etc.
• Gaining feature price, promotion, and display merchandising support from off-premise accounts by using sales trends, retailer inventory, and special activities (holidays, advertising, merchandising, displays, seasonal etc.).
7. On Premise:
• Obtaining the appropriate on-premise distribution of supplier brands, type and sizes as directed by management by communicating to all owners, managers, beverage managers, bartender(s), wait staff, key kitchen personnel and all concerned with the sale of products to maximize business.
• Gaining wine list presence, internal servicing skills, execution of wines-by-the-glass and features, conducting wait-staff trainings, gaining back bar distribution, and proper merchandising of the back bar. Obtain distribution support from on-premise accounts by using sales trends, retailer inventory and special activities (holidays, advertising, merchandising, displays and seasonal activities, etc.).
• Requesting permanent P.O.S. materials for accounts to ensure brand visibility and account dominance (e.g., bar rails, napkin holders, table tents).
SUPPLIER/SUPERVISORY INTERACTION
A SalesRepresentative is required to be familiar with all suppliers and their brands to ensure positive consumer reaction by:

Position Summary
The Manufacturing and Sales Engineer is responsible for the link between customers and internal teams, combining technical sales support with manufacturing process expertise. This role is responsible for qualifying customer RFQ's, cost modeling, contract review, and complete manufacturing process creation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the technical point of contact for customers.
Develops and implements manufacturing processes for CNC milling and turning operations as well as manual machining.
Ensures RFQs are complete, accurate, and actionable to support timely and competitive responses.
Researches part history and costs using tools such as ERP, quoting software, and CAM software.
Partners with operations and production teams to analyze and estimate costs associated with manufacturing customer-specific parts.
Compiles comprehensive quote packages including pricing, lead times, technical specifications, and terms of service.
Participates in Contract Review for new orders.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve technical questions, minimizing production downtime and ensuring workflow continuity.
Other duties as required to improve the quoting and manufacturing process.
Requirements
Position Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
10+ years of contract manufacturing experience specializing in precision machined components with preference for those with aerospace part production preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with aerospace & defense OEMs
Understands technical drawings and GD&T
Has practical experience with Milling, Turning, & EDM processes
Has experience quoting and identifying which machining processes are appropriate
Understands materials, components, treatments, and finishes used in manufacturing aerospace components
Proficient using manufacturing software (CAD/CAM, quoting, file viewers, etc).
Ability to function as a team player.
Ability to work with scheduled deadlines.
