As part of the Global Land Sales & Operations team, the Sr. Specialist will be responsible for implementing and adhering to the Global Tender & Project Management Process and the Contract Management guidelines established to generate increased sales and efficiencies within the Land segment of the company.

Leading new & approved opportunities/projects through the Global Tender & Project Management Process and the Contract Management guidelines ensuring all relevant approvals and documentation is collected, completed, and maintained.Becoming the SME for each assigned opportunity/project.Developing and adhering to a detailed Action plan with defined deliverables and timelines.Laying out clear action items, communication updates, and tender/contract material to various business leads across the company as needed by project.Driving the opportunity/project set up requirements and all required input data via the necessary systems/processes.Coordinating and leading meetings when necessary, by identifying proper participants, creating Meeting Agendas, Meeting Minutes and follow up on agreed action items.Ensuring high quality offer submission/ responses to proposals are accurate, within the required customer deadline and in full compliance with WFS policies
