Freedom with menu though there are dietary restrictions
No hours 3-4 days per 2 weeks. low pay 9.25hr.

Most of my co-workers are nice people. There's also casual fridays and jeans days pretty often
Due to poor management and nepotism about half of my co-workers are incompetent, despite being nice people.
We used to have a great vacation/sick time policy. They took that away though. The CIO walked in and told us about this awesome new plan and that "we worked hard" and "we deserved time off to spend with our families" and so on but, didn't elaborate on what it was. They converted our vacation/sick time to PTO and by convert I mean they took away all our sick days and started calling our vacation time PTO. There are no perks for working here other than if you're kind of bad you can tread water here for a long time at a decent base pay. Which is good for some people.
