KEY PURPOSE:
As our Inventory Planner, you are responsible for inventory management and development of a DC replenishment plan that satisfies demand and optimizes service vs cost objectives as defined by leadership. Your primary role is to plan inventory across core and fashion workflows, manage related planning systems (when applicable) for your portion of the business, and minimize stock excess and obsolescence. Begin inventory segmentation rule setting aligned to both sales and supply chain objectives.
Plan and track new item introduction across all workflows to ensure products are available to ship from across the network to meet target on-shelf dates.
Support leadership in preparation of monthly IBP process through creation and explanation of finished goods inventory forecast.
Based on strategic targets, managing planning parameters such as days of supply, order minimums, safety stock setting, lead time management, and maximum coverage.
Generate reports and support performance management process in such areas as stock high/low/outs, service levels to customer, weeks of supply vs goal, etc. Achieve KPI Targets.
Champion inventory/replenishment planning best practices and support continuous improvement in the inventory/replenishment planning and collaboration processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1-3 years in Supply Chain management roles, including: inventory & distribution planning, inventory management, operations, buying/procurement, and/or logistics/distribution.
Consumer products company experience preferred, especially a fast-moving, multi-channel consumer goods business with global manufacturing/sourcing.
1+ year with a leading inventory/replenishment planning solution or relevant experience with similar inventory & DRP modules and SAP.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related focus preferred.
Ability to proactively lead collaborative efforts with commercial planners on inventory policies and impact of forecast changes.

Key Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications:
12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience

Highly proficient in Primavera P6, including resource management (resource and cost loading, tracking, leveling, reporting, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required qualifications:
12+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience

Consertus seeks an experienced Project Control Scheduler for a full-time hybrid position supporting PG&E projects. The Project Controls Scheduler will support electric transmission and distribution substation projects, working closely with Project Managers and other functional teams. This role requires reporting to PG&E offices in the Bay Area a few times a week. In addition, this position is W2 and on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities include developing project schedules and cash flow/forecast plans, using the cost and schedule plan to determine the achievability of project objectives, and creating, maintaining, and updating monthly forecast budgets. THE WORK:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Community Action's Tax Scheduler will be responsible for answering the phone for Community Action Pioneer Valley's Free Tax Assistance Program (VITA), conducting phone eligibility screening and scheduling virtual and in-person tax preparation appointments. Call volume is high and the Scheduler will screen approximately 900 households during the tax season. Responsibilities also include recording call data into Excel and agency databases, utilizing Outlook Calendar and AppToto appointment software, preparing mailings, helping to follow-up with taxpayers, data entry and other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator. Training in VITA advanced tax preparation will be provided with a requirement to become certified within the first 30 days. Evening and weekend hours may be required during tax season.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and respond to a high volume of phone and electronic messages efficiently and promptly.
Manage all aspects of scheduling for the tax program including initial contact, screening for eligibility, appointment reminders, cancellations and ensuring the maximum number of participants are scheduled and prepared for their appointment.
Assist with maintaining VITA-specific customer relationship software used for virtual tax clinics.
Assist Tax Team in various activities to prepare for the tax season including mailings, preparing materials for volunteers and other duties.
Maintain taxpayer files and enter data into Excel and agency database for reporting purposes. Ensure required data entry and reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with program guidelines.
