**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyzes and maintains master scheduling and/or slotting reports and measurements; runs and reports on metrics. Establishes measurements for new processes and collaborates cross-functionally for process improvement.
+ Follows documented business processes and identifies inconsistencies to management. Develops new business processes and solutions as needed. Provides training and guidance to newer master schedulers, planners, and buyers.
+ Manages order pull in / push outs including capacity constraint analysis. Utilizes Rapid Response software for scenario planning. Provides output to stakeholders. Create and manage all milestone routings for products and test strategies globally. Creates and manages unique routings specific to NPI product. Chairs quarterly meetings with engineering and manufacturing to assure routing alignment. Drive for cycle time reduction.
+ Initiates demand in MRP (systems & non-system orders). Monitors and validates MRP accuracy. Researches engineering change orders; recommends changes and adjusts planning bills as required. Resolves data integrity issues. Responds to MRP validation inquiries form purchasing community and provides guidance on issue resolution.
+ Coordinates with marketing to ensure opportunities and sales orders are set up correctly in SAP. Develops processes to enhance slotting methodology. Chairs slotting meetings. Manages schedule transition between pilot, volume, various plants or among business groups. Collaborates with BMO directors and Demand Management on build plan optimization.
+ Manages forecast PIRs for variety of products. Utilizes OFR to manage forecast %'s on GPIRs based on customer forecast. Implements CAPCODE/TND logic for forecasting as required. Focal for mapper inconsistencies/resolution . Creates and manages ZMAT material creation within VC by coordinating with software programmers, functional analysts, engineering and product structure. Creates build and sourcing strategy for products, including consignment. Manages overplan material.
+ Responsible for demand signal integrity for products managed within a given BU(400-700m worth of material per quarter) to suppliers, planners, buyers.
+ Manages supply review process by running and analyzing safety stock model. Gathers input globally from purchasing, inventory focals for inclusion in comprehensive supply review. Presents in Strategic Inventory Supply Review on Safety Stock and overplan Strategies. Performs E&Z analysis and provides options for use up.

POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt: Temporary, (Mid November - Mid April) position, 20-30 hours/week (hours vary in Nov, Dec & April)
SUPERVISOR: Money Matters Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
Community Action's Tax Scheduler will be responsible for answering the phone for Community Action Pioneer Valley's Free Tax Assistance Program (VITA), conducting phone eligibility screening and scheduling virtual and in-person tax preparation appointments. Call volume is high and the Scheduler will screen approximately 900 households during the tax season. Responsibilities also include recording call data into Excel and agency databases, utilizing Outlook Calendar and AppToto appointment software, preparing mailings, helping to follow-up with taxpayers, data entry and other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator. Training in VITA advanced tax preparation will be provided with a requirement to become certified within the first 30 days. Evening and weekend hours may be required during tax season.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and respond to a high volume of phone and electronic messages efficiently and promptly.
Manage all aspects of scheduling for the tax program including initial contact, screening for eligibility, appointment reminders, cancellations and ensuring the maximum number of participants are scheduled and prepared for their appointment.
Assist with maintaining VITA-specific customer relationship software used for virtual tax clinics.
Assist Tax Team in various activities to prepare for the tax season including mailings, preparing materials for volunteers and other duties.
Maintain taxpayer files and enter data into Excel and agency database for reporting purposes. Ensure required data entry and reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with program guidelines.
Maintain high level of customer service following Community Action's established Customer Service Standards and all applicable guidelines set forth by the program.
Remote work from home will be assigned and determined by the Money Matters Coordinator; when schedule requires remote work, expected to be available for meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties during standard service/agency hours.
Required to work in the evening and weekends occasionally
Comply with agency and funders' paperwork requirements and procedures.
Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training and contractual meetings.
Attend mandatory agency trainings and other relevant trainings.
Participate in professional development activities and team meetings.
Maintain strictest confidentiality.
Perform related work as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalency
3 years' experience in office-related and customer service functions.
Ability to complete online training and IRS certification in advanced tax preparation.
Familiarity with taxes preferred.
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education
Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish/English) preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proficient computer skills, including using a mouse, email, Microsoft office products (Word, Excel) Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and on-line calendar software (Outlook)

The Senior Project Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining scheduling systems and workflows within the company. This role collaborates with project managers, field teams, clients, and executives to ensure that project timelines are realistic, milestones are met, and schedule risks are identified and addressed.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States. Occasional travel to project sites or company offices may be required.
Responsibilities:
Standardize, manage, and maintain Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project enterprise data, such as templates and resource libraries.
Lead corporate scheduling efforts on large-scale or multi-phase projects.
Set up systems to gather input and progress data from operational groups.
Perform advanced schedule analysis, including time impact analysis, critical path analysis, and delay claims evaluations.
Identify schedule variance and recommend mitigation strategies to recover lost time and manage risk.
Develop and deliver scheduling training programs for employees across all operational levels, ensuring consistent understanding and application of scheduling principles, tools, and best practices.
Mentor and train junior schedulers, project managers, and project engineers to promote scheduling best practices company wide.
Assist project teams in integrating cost and resource data into project schedules.
Support the integration of scheduling data with external project management tools, BIM software, and Power BI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in construction project scheduling for large-scale or multi-phase projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CPM scheduling, and schedule analytics.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and project management principles.
Experience building and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded schedules, delay analysis, and earned value management.
Professional certifications preferred (AACE PSP, PMI-SP, Primavera P6 Certification).
Experience in forensic scheduling or legal dispute support is a plus.
