The role involves designing, implementing, and managing complex experiments in breeding, genetics, agronomy, and genomics. The Research Scientist will lead a team of students and researchers, driving interdisciplinary projects centered on breeding and cultivar development. This includes spearheading gene mapping, molecular-assisted breeding, variety development, and field experiments.
