Our research leveraged high-throughput bulk and single cell sequencing technologies to investigate the regulatory functions that control gene expression within the complex landscape of the three-dimensional genome and how genetic variations influence these regulatory functions to cause human diseases such as Sj gren s disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and other autoimmune diseases. Position Responsibilities: Organizing and managing the multi-OMIC data generated by genotyping arrays, protein arrays, and a variety of high-throughput sequencing technologies at both bulk and single cell levels. Analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing the analysis results. The Staff Scientist position in Radiation Oncology lab is a non-tenured, specified term scientific position. Responsible for the management of a research laboratory.
