Job Description: Research, design and prototype novel models based on machine learning, data mining, and statistical modeling in order to solve problems in healthcare industry where the problems may range from exploratory to highly applied Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field by continuous learning and proactively champion promising new methods relevant to the problems at hand Collaborate with university partners and other scientists and engineers in a multidisciplinary work environment Work with business teams to develop and help commercialize robust models Qualifications Required Skills: 2+ years of experience with developing scalable algorithms that apply machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning techniques 7+ years of total experience with predictive analytics, operations research, and software development Experience with using one or more of the following frameworks or tools: Python, R, or SAS Experience with data mining techniques for large-scale datasets, including both structured and unstructured data Experience with data and analytics solution delivery that address strategic business problems Experience as an effective communicator with clients and software teams in translating client needs into solutions Ability to be a self-starter with initiative and present complex information to non-technical audiences Prior experience with medical imaging standards and technologies is a strong plus Additional Information Saince realizes that people are its assets and we are constantly benchmarking our HR Benefits with the best in the industry.
