Provide day-to-day operational maintenance support with design, installation, and configuration of enterprise server-based solutions in support customer in multi-platform information systems varying in size and complexity. The contractor shall maintain system documentation of assigned systems. The contractor shall monitor and optimize the assigned systems to reach the highest possible uptime percentage and best possible user experience.
