Minimum Qualifications

* Experience writing, debugging, and maintaining code in Python or other scripting languages (such as Bash), with a focus on automating tasks, workflows, or processes.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Ideate, Develop and maintain custom Workday extend applications.
Design intuitive, customer-facing interfaces with strong UI/UX principles in mind.

Develop and maintain documentation for extend application, including process flows and technical specifications.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $122,040 to $252,840
Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600
New York City: $133,080 to $252,840
Washington: $122,040 to $231,720
Washington DC: $122,040 to $231,720
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and mission experts to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conducting research into fundamental computer and information science as theorists, designers, or inventors.
* Developing solutions to problems in the field of computer hardware and software.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure integration with existing systems
* Evaluating and improving existing software systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Ensuring adherence to secure coding practices and contributing to risk assessments and remediation planning
* As part of the C5ISR Team, designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
* Supporting DevSecOps pipelines and automated CI/CD deployments.
* Directing research into fundamental computer science problems and leads the design of innovative solutions.
* Mentoring junior researchers and serving as a technical expert on advanced software concepts.
Minimum Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related scientific field
* 9+ years of experience in software development, including object-oriented programming, software architecture, and agile methodologies
* Proficiency with one or more languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with software lifecycle processes, version control (e.g., Git), and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience with real-time systems or embedded software development
* Familiarity with DoD systems and security standards (e.g., RMF, STIGs)
* Knowledge of data modeling, API development, and microservices architecture
* Active certifications such as Security+, AWS Certified Developer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
Clearance Requirements:
* Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
