Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and conduct accessibility testing.
Document and track defects and issues in JIRA, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, including test automation integration and reporting.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to align testing with development cycles.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience in QA testing for web applications and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Selenium (or equivalent automated browser testing tools).
Experience testing in Azure environments, including API, function, and database validation.
Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.

The Analytics QA Tester works independently, as well as with developers and business analysts, to test complex software and Business Intelligence solutions.
