Visa Credential Platform Products team is on the forefront of Visa's innovation responsible for building digital platforms such as Visa Token Services and Visa Click to Pay (a.k.a., Secure Remote Commerce/SRC). The Platform Products team is responsible for defining product requirements for Visa Click to Pay, Token products, and related services, collaborating with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Commercialization, UX Design/Research, Legal, Marketing, Branding, and different Visa Regional teams to build great products at scale and drive adoption.

The Sr Solution Manager will work with clients (external and internal) and use their knowledge of product, industry, and technology to design holistic solutions to meet business and technical needs across individual customers, customer segments, and regions. The Sr Solution Manager will also support clients to optimize their use and performance of Visa's Credential Platform Products.
Essential Functions

Collaborate with strategy and various product groups within Visa and across the organization to build a cohesive go-to-market product strategy for Visa token service and click to pay.

Identify growth opportunities by leveraging data analytics, new product enhancements, cross-border opportunities, and by optimizing integrations.

Engage with various regional teams globally both within the US and outside of the US, to build an ongoing feedback and input loop to ensure a dynamic and adapting strategy and revenue model

Work with the digital program team on global goal recommendations and approaches to accelerate adoption and usage within various markets

Create dashboards, scorecards and track critical progress to ensure goals and key metrics are achieved

Act as a liaison between the digital product team, finance teams and work to track down issues, and answer inquiries

Strategic client support: Engage with key global merchants, payments service providers, issuers, and technology companies towards commercial partnership opportunities.

Assessing client opportunities including doing market analysis and determining best solution fit for a particular client.

Creating client proposals including defining problem statements and aligning with internal / external client contacts and creating Term Sheets.

Conducting competitive analysis and determining business value for solution prospects.

This position travels 10%-20% of the time. The role is based in Foster City.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
