As a Multi Source Support Specialist (MSSS) you will serve as a member ofa computer network operations (CNO) intelligence team, focused on the threat to networked platforms and US and DoD information networks.The MSSS will collaborate with analytical counterparts across the U.S. Intelligence Community; apply knowledge of threat environment, open-source tools, and current implementation of threat technologies in order to devise all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest.

In this role the MSSS with be responsible for target development and tasking. They will need to utilize their deep understanding of SIGINT/Collection and surveys to accomplish tasks. The MSSS will also be responsible for creation of serialized reports. Therefore, proven serialized reporter experience within IC is critical.
Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Bachelors Degree and 8 or more years related experience. In lieu of degree 12 years of related experience may be considered.

Demonstrative experience w/AMOD and thorough understanding of StoredComms.

Fluency with GRAPEVINE or other automated reporting tools

Hands on experience creating Serialized SIGINT Reports; knowledge of reporting polices, analytic standards, quality review processes and procedures.

Ability to work with analysts to review, draft or edit reports.

Pay Range:Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00

Position Purpose: Drive maximum value to Centene and its stakeholders through direct negotiation support, accomplished through data collection, data analysis, complex financial modeling, and contract review. Assist in validating and reporting financial results to senior management.

Provide vendor negotiation support and savings validation by evaluating supplier proposals to ensure service quality, relevance, and commercial value. Identify activities to maximize savings, minimize risk and optimize the quality of service delivered from suppliers

Support category planning and analysis by reviewing historical spend data, communicating to stakeholders about upcoming contract renewals, and capture and manage contract information
Establish and report on departmental KPI's for savings, throughput and Procurement adoption

Support various finance business partners across the organization with ad-hoc reporting as needed

Automate routine data collection and reporting processes

Develop standard templates to quickly evaluate proposals and calculate savings

Standardize and automate RFI / RFP data collection and evaluation

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting experience. Advanced skill in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and VBA. Experience in Microsoft PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, and Coupa preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 to 7 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA/MBA or 3 years equivalent experience in a technically-related field
• Demonstrated proficiency computer forensics analysis tools (e.g. Encase, FTK)
• 2 years of experience with an all-source analyst/targeter supporting the IC
• Proficiency in technical writing
• Demonstrated proficiency in deriving sound analytical conclusions from large quantities of data

Desired Qualifications

• Computer programming skills (C#, C++, Java, Perl, or equivalent)
• Advanced experience with Quincy and EnCase forensic analysis tools
• Experience with social media analytics
• Excellent verbal skills; communicate through briefs and informal communications their targeting and analysis effort to technical and non-technical audience
• Excellent writing skills; ability to read and write cables, as well as other written products (Intels, Analytic products, etc.) as needed
