   Global/local sourcing strategies for the respective area of spend responsibility and optimizes value within the organization. Responsible to manage all aspects of sourcing events; Request for Proposals/Quotes/Information (RFP, RFQ, RFI, collectively RFx). Sourcing initiatives to optimize value, quality, innovation, speed to market, or other business needs. Partner with the law department, quality, risk management, and supply chain to uniformly support the inclusion of contractual terms and conditions. Leads Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives including conducting performance meetings, driving the development and use of scorecards, working with team members to review performance metrics, and managing supplier relationships to achieve the goals of the category strategy. Support continuous improvements of the source-to-contract process.
