    Global/local sourcing strategies for the respective area of spend responsibility and optimizes value within the organization. Responsible to manage all aspects of sourcing events; Request for Proposals/Quotes/Information (RFP, RFQ, RFI, collectively RFx). Sourcing initiatives to optimize value, quality, innovation, speed to market, or other business needs. Partner with the law department, quality, risk management, and supply chain to uniformly support the inclusion of contractual terms and conditions. Leads Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives including conducting performance meetings, driving the development and use of scorecards, working with team members to review performance metrics, and managing supplier relationships to achieve the goals of the category strategy. Support continuous improvements of the source-to-contract process. This may include, but not limited to, responding to audit information requests, participating in compliance reviews, and working collaboratively with the sourcing/category team on department and company-wide initiatives. Reviews and approves PO's in the Oracle workflow for category spend under management and within authorized approval limits. Adds executed iCertis numbers to PO as applicable before issuance to Supplier. Ensures that contracts and quotes are accurately reflected on the PO before approving, attaches executive justification summaries, and negotiation/savings summaries if applicable.
