Responsibilities
The Senior Regulatory Strategist is responsible for the regulatory strategic and consulting aspects of ICON's service offerings to sponsors from early development and throughout the commercial lifecycle. Works with regulatory team members to facilitate life cycle maintenance activities.
Prepares FDA forms and cover letters (CL) required for US IND, BLA and NDA submissions and performs a quality check (QC) of Regulatory published submission output file to ensure links are working, and content conforms to content plan
• US Support provides support for setting up meetings for submissions, inviting the relevant stakeholders and recording meeting minutes and action items if requested by regulatory lead for submissions, responses to questions and briefing books

- Roundtable discussions weekly until submission.

• Manages regulatory timelines for activities
• Prepares templates
• Uploads meeting minutes and work-in-progress templates to program SharePoint sites and systems as necessary.
• Coordinates the tracking of dossier compilation, submissions and approvals for assigned products in various phases of clinical development, global marketing applications and post-approval life cycle activities, with minimal supervision.
• Supports the development of the Regulatory Strategic Plan throughout the lifecycle of the product, with supervision.
• Supports requests from SMEs relating to preparation activities for meetings with Health Authorities /Notified Bodies as required and with moderate supervision.
• In liaison with global, regional and local SMEs, supports planning for global submission of new product registrations and preparation of appropriate dossiers for all targeted countries / regions, with
moderate supervision.
• Assists with notification of project team colleagues, functional management, and key stakeholders of developments that may impact regulatory success, exercising sound judgement and communicating in a professional and timely manner.
• Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and development and monitors progress towards achieving development goals, with guidance from functional manager.
• Leads team members, with some supervision, to achieve operational and strategic plans
• Demonstrates an understanding of the core business objectives and the role of other functional areas.
• Applies knowledge of ICON policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, guidances and environment for product development, new registrations and lifecycle maintenance activities, with supervision.
• Good knowledge of content requirements for regulatory submissions.
• Strong knowledge of drug &/or device development and lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of review and approval processes of applicable regulatory Health Authorities / Notified Bodies.
• Basic knowledge of how the pharmaceutical/device industry works.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong ability to have a flexible approach and adapt to change.
• Strong ability to plan, organize and deliver on assigned projects, according to agreed deadlines.
• Strong ability to understand complex issues.
• Good ability to apply skills to determine risk exposure and communicate potential issues to management.

This position will provide strategic thought leadership, Data & analytics strategy, roadmaps, technology, and approaches to the creation and management of Enterprise data platform for multiple key strategic accounts for Perficient. The role needs to perform both delivery and presales on large data transformation programs that drives strategic data initiatives for large and small clients. The person needs to be a hands on data strategist with an ability to interact with various types of personas including CXO, VP, Director, PMO, and Developers.

The ideal candidate will be a data governance expert and technologies who will be working to review, evaluate, test, and document emerging data governance technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Candidates need a deep experience in the implementation of data governance solutions in such areas as:

data quality, data lineage, data glossary, data security management software, metadata management, and advanced data analysis solutions

. Candidates should have experience in the implementation of relevant data governance solutions from vendors such as:
Informatica, Collibra , IBM, ASG Technologies , Alation, Immuta, Oracle, SAP, Talend, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx, etc. Candidates will have experience performing both technical reviews and functional reviews of software through the lens of business requirements and strategic objectives
Responsibilities
Define Data Governance policies and procedures for large clients with multi-country presence Must have prior lead experience selecting and implementing data governance solutions and methodologies along with prior data governance consulting experience working with data strategy groups, CDO organizations, and data governance groups Able to strategically define a roadmap that will deliver the data capabilities to meaningfully deliver tangible business outcome Responsible for evaluating, testing, reviewing, and documenting emerging data governance technologies Define program operating model for a large, multi shore, multiple business unit level program with complex eco-system of client personas, vendor personas, and Perficient teams See the whole picture (the forest, not the tree) of the business, it's drivers, actors involved and processes, that will allow him to help the team that is more on the day to day on not losing sight of that big picture and the north they are following Proactively develop strong relationships with Business and IT leaders from the C-suite level to front line delivery consultant Build trust with clients, stakeholders and team members alike, with empathy, great communication and negotiation skills Create evaluation frameworks and facilitate project prioritization discussions and decisions. At least 15+ years of total IT experience with 5+ most recent years as Data Strategist/Data and Analytics Solutions Architect Most recent 3+ years leading Data Governance Strategy and Implementation Most recent 5+ years working for large consulting organizations Most recent 5 years experience at a senior level in a Solutions Architect function in very large consulting engagements [top Fotune 100 companies] At least 5+ years in Solutions Sales for IT Services in Data, AI, and BI Must have at least 2+ years involved in Machine Learning and AI Must have at least 2+ most recent projects implementing MDM, Big Data, and AI solutions Last 2-3 years of consulting in Data Strategic and large Data platform delivery in AWS or Azure Ability to evaluate and develop efficient and effective operational processes. Ability to think strategically from a program operating model perspective Proven conflict management skills and professionalism. Ability to guide others to adaption to change in the workplace. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to liaise with people at all levels within an organization.

Preferred Skills:

Most recent 5+ years of Experience in the professional services industry.
