SciTec has immediate opportunities for talented Senior OPIR Subject Matter Expert to assume leadership positions on programs focusing on improving data exploitation capabilities. Our ideal candidate will work well in secure facilities and collaboratively across a geographically disbursed office environment.
Requirements

Establish operational needs by coordinating with Government Leadership, R&D teams, and ops analysts

Oversee R&D efforts on advanced sensor data exploitation of remote sensing systems

Develop new and improve existing algorithms that exploits data from remote sensing systems

Develop novel tools and processes to extract essential elements of information from remote sensing data

Create and deliver technical reports and briefings

Perform other duties as required

The following minimum qualifications are required for the position:

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Remote Sensing, or another relevant technical field)

Candidate must have 10+ years of engineering/scientific experience

Candidate must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Candidate must have experience with the exploitation and analysis of OPIR, E/O, Spectral or other remotely sensed data

AT&T has an opening for one (1) Senior Network Engineer/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the USSS. This is on-site, downtown DC.

We are looking for an individual who excels in fast paced environments and seeks out learning new technologies. Specifically, we are looking for Senior Network Engineer/SME with Juniper and Cisco network operating systems skills. The successful candidate should have experience with dynamic routing protocols, route policies, infrastructure hardening, Spanning-tree, VLANs, and IPSEC are all a plus. Additionally, experience with Cisco and Juniper firewalls is also a plus.

This role is an on-site dedicated full-time telecommunications engineering Senior Network Engineer/SME at the USSS HQ. In this role, the SME will act as the technical interface for AT&T with the USSS NOSC and engineering staff. The SME will also be the single point of contact (SPOC) interacting with USSS program personnel and with the OEM professional services staff, that USSS obtains outside of the scope of this solicitation, to coordinate efforts and resolve problems related to the services under this task order (TO1). The Senior Network Engineer/SME will be on site during prime hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to rapidly resolve issues.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**

+ Develops and applies advanced methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solutioning of advanced system requirements and problems

+ Plans, develops and technically directs projects or major phases of significant projects

+ Coordinates the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects

+ Develops investigations and tests of considerable complexity

+ Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.

+ Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management

+ Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services

+ Consults on technical implications to other organizations

**Required Qualifications:**

+ BS Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.

+ Eight years of applicable progressively complex systems design experience, including hardware/software integration of complex systems

+ Juniper and Cisco network operating systems skills

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ MS in a related field a plus or equivalent experience

+ 10+ years' experience

+ Experience with dynamic routing protocols, route policies, infrastructure hardening, Spanning-tree, Vlans, and IPSEC are a plus.

+ Experience with Cisco and Juniper firewalls is a plus

+ JNCIA, JNCIP,JNCIE, CCNA,CCNP, CCIE or similar industry certifications.

• Serve as the Senior Network Architect Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NetCentrics information technology (IT) support efforts for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP)
• Provide SME support to a customer-focused organization that provides, manages, operates, and maintains IT shared services for the Pentagon and select agencies and organizations in the National Capital Region (NCR)
• Perform a wide variety of enterprise support functions in order to meet service requirements. These functions may include server hosting, in which the hardware, software, infrastructure, and maintenance required to host the customer-managed applications are in a consolidated, virtualized environment where JSP manages the server environment up to the operating system and provides operational monitoring and facility support for the Operations (OPS) consolidated server rooms (CSRs)
• Support the DISA Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) which enables organizations to exchange both classified and unclassified information with other organizations within the DoD, other United States (US) Government agencies, Five Eyes countries (US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand), the 28 North Atlantic Treaty Organization countries, and all countries with US military bases or embassies worldwide
• Serve as the knowledge expert for the architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprise's overall systems.
• Produce network architectural drawings and schematic diagrams Provide design and implementation support for VMware ESX/VSphere Virtualization Technologies; Storage Area Network (SAN)
• Manage all aspects of the project related to systems and technology
• Facilitate collaboration and cooperation with the primary system vendors
• Drive innovative technical solutions to meet the system owner's functional requirements
• Complete technical documentation to design, test, implement and train transition solutions to operational support
• Produce documentation for use in configuration, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network operating systems
• Implement systems as needed based on network application requirements
• Perform independent verification, validation and project management for current and future projects
• Support as needed DoD Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Management Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems, and 10 years of professional experience
• Proven experience defining system solutions based on client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms; research, identification, selection and tests technology products for solution delivery.
• Knowledge of establishing, implementing, and documenting the technology integration or migration strategies
• Minimum of 7 years of related IT systems experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Architecture Role
• Senior knowledge of Microsoft's infrastructures, including, but not limited to: Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
• Senior knowledge of TCP/IP network design
• Current, enterprise-class infrastructure/system engineering experience with Microsoft platforms running on Client servers utilizing direct-attached and network-attached storage
• Advanced experience designing, implementing and managing high availability systems
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions and technologies for complex systems
• VMware ESX/VSphere Virtualization Technologies (ESXi 6.0 or greater, Virtual Center, P2V Tools) design, management, implementation
• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
