As a Senior AFSIM Analyst you will…
Develop, evaluate, and analyze models and concepts of employment for ground breaking technologies such as advanced air platforms, strike weapons, and integrated multi-domain effects.
Collaborate with our software development teams on improving our customized tools, including designing efficient representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines.
Work with a team of analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of analysis.

Qualifications
You will meet our minimum qualification for the job if you…
Have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related area.
Have demonstrated excellence working with AFSIM performing modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Have knowledge in Air or Strike Warfare domains.
Can work effectively in a highly collaborative environment and communicate sophisticated ideas directly with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
Have strong scripting and programming skills with any of the following languages: Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or JAVA
Are able to obtain the associated required Special Access Program (SAP) level access.
Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

Position Overview:
The Director, Supply Chain will focus on ensuring continuous supply for Avalyn's clinical trial materials, including drug-device combination products used across Avalyn's inhaled therapy portfolio. We're looking for a
Director of Supply Chain
who will lead ingredient sourcing, quality control, and S&OP processes to ensure consistent, high-quality, and cost-efficient product delivery. This role owns the full supply chain lifecycle, from sourcing functional ingredients and packaging through production, fulfillment, and demand planning alignment, working closely with Operations, Finance, and Product Development.

Requirements
7-10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or operations, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the team of supply chain professionals to ensure a consistent method of managing construction projects and achieve the company's objectives
* Develop and implement supply chain strategies that will enable the successful delivery for all construction projects (This may include supplier capacity planning, sourcing, contracting etc.)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope of services requirements and specifications
* Collaborate with cross regional supply chain leaders to share BKMs and develop consistent processes for operational efficiency
* Produce Executive level/ Management level reports around the health of the supply chain program
* Ensure there is a robust program in place to source and qualify suppliers for all scopes necessary to deliver the projects.
* Ensure there is a comprehensive bid process in place that provides for a fair and equitable method for any bidder
* Develop and implement a supplier relationship management program in conjunction with cross regional supply chain leaders to effectively manage global supplier relationships
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards
* Oversee the development and execution of procurement plans, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time contract awards and within-budget to enable project construction
* Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
* Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to supply chain team members and the greater construction organization

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field (Master Degree preferred)
* Supply Chain Management certification preferred.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management required, preferably in a management role; including in mission critical/Data Center preferred
* Must demonstrate a working knowledge in best practice procurement processes, negotiating purchase order terms, conditions, and pricing, cost reductions, supplier qualification processes, vendor selection and account development, logistics, and sourcing
* Must have overall expertise in Data Center construction
* Superior communication and analytical skills to drive strategic sourcing plans across the portfolio of projects
* Proven history of year-over-year (YOY) cost and/or time to market (TTM) reductions through continual improvement or innovation
* Significant experience in driving alignment to a common vision and working across multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
* Significant demonstrated experience as a people manager (direct or indirect or virtually).
* Significant strategic project and / or program management experience.
* Significant experience in financial analysis and analytics.

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $157,500 - $292,500.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

GCI's Supply Chain Specialist I provides key support for multiple functions in Supply Chain, including procurement, inventory control, provisioning, logistics, requisitions, and distribution. Maintain supply chain channels to reduce time and maintain optimal inventory levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ALL LEVELS:
Provisioning & Technical
+ Create, modify, and add services to accounts based on customer specification and internal direction.
+ Provision hardware, test, validate, and verify proper working order on a variety of devices including complex routers, cloud-voice equipment, prepaid products, rural broadband products, and more. Ensures that account or order status is accurately recorded in order systems.
+ Maintain asset management databases and control procedures.
+ Perform quality control inspections, status classifications and repair of returned inventory.
+ Maintain set top boxes, modems, wireless devices and Embedded Multimedia Adapters (EMTAs).
+ Assist in device troubleshooting.
